- 50% Deposits are required for all services. You may also pay in full if you choose to.
- All Deposits go towards your service.
- Deposits are to secure your appointment. If for any reason you do not make your scheduled appointment, then you must communicate with your technician to reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited. No call, No show will result in you being responsible for the remaining balance that will be charged to the card on file.
- Cash or Debit/Credit cards are accepted for the remaining balance.
- For braid services do not leave any oils or leave-in conditioner in your hair prior to your appointment. Your hair must be clean in order to be serviced. There is an additional charge to shampoo, condition & blow-out.
- The time allotted for your service does not include the time for a shampoo etc. The time is allotted for the braid service only. There is an additional fee/time for additional services. Please have hair ready to proceed.
- Come freshly washed and blow dried straight. If your hair is not blow dried completely, then $20 will be added to your service.
- If your hair is short, you are required to message me via email for a consultation before an actual braid service. Your appointment can be terminated if I am not fully aware of your hair circumstances.

- No extra guests are permitted while services are being rendered..
- Standard length for all braids are waist length.
- Beads are NOT included. Please bring your own 3-4 packs.
- All fees must be added on at the time of booking. You may not change or add on any additional service the same day as your appointment. This policy is just to ensure enough time management is implemented for every client.
- Holiday Fee : $100
- Off Day Fee : $100
- Same Day Appointment : $25
- Squeeze in Fee : $50
- Please don't forget to fill out all in-take forms, so that I am aware of your hair color.
